Kind of

The above is the pic I started from, cropped the center, put a lace layer over top with a gradient and something (hehe). I am not real sure of what I did, maybe a render? Then I desaturated and voila. I enjoy doing this, it gets me to play around with photoshop and see what I can do.

Sun Challenge

This is my sun. First I made a new layer. Then used the gradient to make the yellow/orange/red. Made another layer. Used the lasso tool to make the shape. Inversed the layer and cleared it to leave the shape. I played around with the hue/saturation and added an outer glow. Another layer and I used the cloud filter, and there you have it. That was fun!
